Our Exchange & Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

You can return your garment for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and is returned in its original condition.
  • Bespoke or made-to measure can only be returned if flawed.

Online exchanges and returns explained further:

We offer 1 free return or exchange per order. Further Returns/Exchanges will be at the customer’s own expense.

The garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the ordinal tags attached. Our team will arrange collection from your door. Once your garment(s) have been received by us, your desired item(s) will be delivered to your address at no charge.

If you are returning item(s) for a refund, or online credit, please note this will be processed once your item(s) have been received by us, and assessed by our team.

    You may return or exchange an online purchases at our boutique in Montagu, together with your invoice/order number.

    Please Note:

    Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

    The following items cannot be returned: Earrings. Underwear

    We cannot return bespoke or made-to measure items unless there is a mistake or a flaw in the garment
